Dutch Oven Meat Loaf

DUTCH OVEN MEAT LOAF
1 lb. Hamburger
1 egg
½ cup dry bread crumbs or crackers
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons dry onion flakes
Mix together. Form into a loaf shape and pour 1 can of mushroom soup on top.
Oven: 350 degrees for 2 hours
Outside: 12 briquets on top and 12 on bottom for 2 hours
