2+ C. Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C. Flour
1 ts. Baking Soda
4 tsp Baking Powder
Mix together and then add 3 eggs one at a time.
YOU HAVE TO USE AN ABELSKIEVER PAN...GET ONE AT AN OUTDOOR SHOP THAT SELLS DUTCH OVENS. ROUND PAN WITH 6-7 1/2 CIRCLES IN IT.

Tip to add about purchasing a pan. We (Jeff and I) prefer a cast iron pan to the aluminum ones. The cast iron pan heats better than the aluminum ones. Our cast iron pan was actually cheaper than our aluminum pan, so that is a plug for the pans!! Anyhow, very yummy. Be patient as you make them, you'll get better with practice!! Enjoy!!
Be sure to use some butter, Crisco, PAM, or some other anti-stick measure when cooking these, especially on cast-iron (which is the best).
